We regret to inform all of the Alumni and the class
of 1978 that Steve Stuckey passed away on March 1, 2014,
at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, KY
surrounded by family and friends.
He was born on November 16, 1960 in Washington, DC to
Robert and Judith Stuckey.
He attended Murray State University and graduated from
the University of Louisville. He most recently worked for Thompson
Industrial Services as a Regional Safety Director.
Steve was preceded in death by his brother, Noel; and
his father-in-law, Robert Hunt. He is survived by his wife, Susan Hunt
Stuckey; daughters, Kathryn and Rachel; parents, Robert and Judith;
sisters, Sheila Sees (Jody) and Ginger Manning (Jon); in-laws, Glen
Hunt, Lisa, Pat and Amelia Morrissey.
He will be greatly missed by other family members and
friends too numerous to mention.
His funeral service will be 10 a.m. on Friday, March
7, 2014 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331Taylorsville Rd.
Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2014
at Highlands.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in his name to the
American Heart Association or the
American Diabetes Association.
