Jennifer Horsman Trayers

A Lancer out of sight
Never out of mind


It is with deepest regrets that we must inform all R.E. Lee High School Alumni and the Class of 1975 that Jennifer Horsman Trayers passed away on April 2, 2010.  She leaves her husband Matt Trayers, also of the class of 1975.

JENNIFER L. TRAYERS (Age 53) Of Berryville, Virginia, died Friday, April 2, 2010 at the Winchester Medical Center. Mrs. Trayers was born February 8, 1957 in Washington, DC, the daughter of Milton Horsman, Sr. and Patricia Ann Healey Horsman. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Agape Christian Center. She married Matthew Anthony Trayers on May 28, 1977 in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. Surviving with her husband are her mother and father of Winchester, VA; 2 sons; Benjamin Thomas Trayers of Winchester, VA and Joshua Caleb Trayers of Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA; two brothers, Milton Duleney Horsman, Jr. of Laurel, MD and Steve Edward Horsman of Springfield, VA; and five grandchildren; a brother John David Horsman preceded her in death. Services will be private. Honorary pallbearers will be Ben Trayers, Josh Trayers, Milton Horsman, Jr., Steve Horsman, Eric Horsman, David Horsman, and Samantha Horsman Bailey. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children''s Research Hospital, Tribute # 25899284, P. O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
